Hello! My name is Zainah Moukahhel, and I am a second-year medical student at Université de Montréal.

My journey to medical school began at Marianopolis College, where I completed the Honours Health Science program. During my application journey, I applied to all four Quebec medical schools, as well as programs in dentistry and pharmacy, and was fortunate to be accepted into all of the programs I applied to before ultimately choosing medicine at Université de Montréal.

I believe that thorough preparation, organization, and self-reflection played a major role in my application success, particularly when it came to the CASPer and MMI. Over the past two application cycles, I have also had the opportunity to tutor and support friends and family members through their own medical school applications. Seeing the progress they made and receiving positive feedback on my approach motivated me to become a MedCoach and help even more students work toward their goals.

As a coach, my goal is to accompany you throughout your application process, with a particular focus on CASPer and MMI preparation. I want to help you identify your strengths and areas for improvement, build confidence, and become comfortable approaching a wide range of scenarios and questions.

Most importantly, I don't believe preparation is about memorizing answers or trying to give the "perfect" response. Instead, I want to help you develop a better understanding of yourself, your experiences, and your journey so that you can authentically showcase who you are throughout your application.
